Great all around-location, cleanliness, Real estate office representative, and layout of house.

Rental was as described. It was well stocked - with even more in the kitchen than we expected. Negatives-not thrilled with LR seating (not very comfortable); TV was hard to figure out at first.

Great experience! The home is open and spacious with a tremendous mountain view. Lots of room downstairs. All rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was a bit low bit I would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

Great house. Wonderful location. Jenkins's was aa tremendous host. Very professional, great to work with, and all about Customer Service. Housekeeping was also outstanding and more than met my expectations. Highly recommend Jenkins and this house.

We even received a dusting of snow to make it perfect. The house has been renovated to allow better views from the entire main floor. We brought our Christmas tree, which I am told, could be seen from the Appalachian Ski Mountian lodge. A family get together was fun for all.

Excellent experience with Jenkins Realty again. Rental agent delivered full propane tank for gas grill on Saturday along with delicious cherry tomatoes. View is outstanding and we have rented this property the last three years. Will definitely come again next summer.

Great location

Good. However it needs new sofa. Current one is worn out and uncomfortable. Refrigerator barely cools and one burner one the outdated stove did not work. One of the Beds fell apart.
The view of the ski slopes and mountains is excellent. The floor plan is excellent.

This home was the perfect family getaway for the holidays! Lots of room to roam and loved watching the Appalachian Ski Mountain with all it's fun going on, not to mention the fantastic fireworks on New Year's Eve - what a bonus! We have been coming to this area since 1998 and can't wait to get back!

We were there when the ski slopes were making snow. The slopes had skiers and skaters at the ice rink. The perfect inspiration for a wonderful winter visit to the NC mountains. All this beauty from the large windows and back deck.

Great location and neighbor. Great walking. Super wood burning fireplace.
Roomy enough for eight and a dog. App ski run below was wonderful for Grandsons.
Thanksgiving week with food prep was good. Refridgerator was jammed.

Snow blowers at night were audible.

Our second rental experience with Jenkins Realty was as good as the first. The property is very nice, well appointed, and one of the best views anywhere in the mountains at the top of Appalachian ski mountain. Our house was freshly cleaned when we arrived and everything was ready for our weekend stay. We even had a small plumbing repair completed the morning before we arrived to give us full use of all bathrooms in the house.

Will definitely rent again. Staff at Jenkins very responsive and went beyond expectations! My favorite rental company in Blowing Rock. Kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. It was perfect for our needs! Older property but would rent again in a heartbeat!

We were pleasantly surprised with Blue Mountain Breeze in Blowing Rock. It was clean and tidy and well-stocked and the view off the decks is gorgeous! The house is tastefully decorated with everything a guest could need. The service of the Jenkins rental staff is prompt, courteous and dependable. We will definitely rental a vacation home from them again!

the location was great. However we were met with an awful smell of old trash when we entered the home. I ran the garbage disposal hoping that would help, but it was also downstairs, so not sure what that was coming from. That made it quite unpleasant. Also, two of the four burners on the stove do not work, so that made cooking a bit of a challenge. The views from the living room were great. it also seemed as thought the roof may have been repaired recently because there were several roofing nails in the parking area where we had our cars parked and on the back deck. cleaning those up would have been nice. Thankfully I don't think any ended up in our tires. The linen service was also nice.

Mountain Breeze is in a great location just above and within view of Appalachian Ski Resort. The 4BR, 4.5 bath home is beautifully decorated, but the view off the back deck is breath-taking. You can see for miles toward Boone. Fall and spring are great times for magnificent views. The kitchen is well-equipped and the neighborhood is terrific for walking and viewing the beautiful sites around Blowing Rock. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Blowing Rock.

This was our 7th year in this house, so it is more like home than a rental property. The location affords a magnificent view. The house is large, well equipped and very comfortable. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and to the town of Blowing Rock - both are major attractions. It is always a visit our family looks forward to all year.

We loved it! However, the bed in the master bedroom was much too high for our healthy 90 yr. old. Also there need to be grab bars in the master bathroom.
Overall we love this house.

This is a most spacious home for 8 people to stay in. The view of the mountains was spectacular. Will most definitely stay here again.

The design and furnishings of this home make it work well for large groups. It worked well for our family that included 3 couples, 2 teenagers, and a baby. The views, when they could be seen, showed off the mountains and skiing activities well.

It is a beautiful home, comfortable, well maintained with lots of space and OUTSTANDING views. The fall colors were amazing this year and we were able to enjoy pre, peak and post during our month there. It is a wonderful respite from the craziness and stress of the city. We look forward to our visits and hopefully will be back again soon.

Everything was great. This was a lovely home with great views, just as described. We stayed here with our 4 children and had more than enough space. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and sitting on the porch day and night looking at the mountains. It is close to everything we wanted to see and do - Tweetsie, Grandfather Mountain, Moses Cone historic house, Boone and Blowing Rock.

Mountain Breeze was perfect get-together house for my three siblings + spouses. The kitchen and common spaces were perfect for our needs. All of us would recommend this property enthusiastically.

One of the things we were looking for was a great view for our 3 couples and one child. We had the view! We would say that if it was snowy and icy, the road would be tough. 4-wheel drive a must in bad conditions. The house sits just above App Ski Resort and you can see the slopes from the deck. The house was very well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised. Keurig and regular coffee makers, tea kettles, cookie sheets, lot of bowls and serving platters. WE had friends over on the last night, so we comfortably sat 9 at the table. The kitchen appliances are a little old, but everything else is great. I heard from the two couples in our group, that were downstairs, that the beds down there were comfortable, but the quilts/covers on them were pretty old and needed updating. The children's comforters on the twins were great. There was some dampness downstairs, but it was not really a problem. Lots of TVs, great wifi and a great wood burning fireplace. We had a very good time. We were there from Christmas 2015 to New Years and we had no snow. We enjoyed area attractions when it was not raining. Grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls were within an hour drive. We ate in most days but did venture down to the village of Blowing Rock to play in the park and eat a local restaurant for lunch. Grocery stores and everything else we needed were within 20 minute drive.

Excellent location and view. Home is well designed for ultimate privacy. Kitchen needs updating and organizing. One of the downsstairs bathroom floors stayed wet. Jenkins realty is great to work with and responded immediately to our concern. Excellent realty company to work with.

The house is beginning to show some aging, needs paint outside and some minor repairs - but it is still a delightful and comfortable home away from home and we will be back.
