Don't miss out on this family home that is within walking distance to Bass Lake, Broyhill Park, & The Blowing Rock Equestrian Grounds! Briar Patch is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Mayview Park. The living room has brand new furniture and a flat screen TV. The dining table expands to accommodate seating for 6 people and there is additional seating at the rustic picnic table in the sunroom. While the kitchen is on the small side, it boasts everything needed to entertain family & friends, minus a dishwasher. There is a smaller bathroom with a shower only as well as a larger bathroom with a tub/shower, this is where the laundry is as well. The first guest room has a full size bed and a flat screen TV. The next guest room has two full size beds and a flat screen TV. The last/back guest room has a queen bed and access to the outdoor covered porch. There is Cable TV & WiFi on the premises. A/C!! Absolutely No PETS allowed. Parking for 2-4 cars. Maps on third party sites may not be accurate. Call rental office for exact property location. Available for rental no less than 28 days!
