Uli's Haus is a one bedroom one bath apartment with a full, updated kitchen. You can relax on the front porch and listen to the nearby creek while you throw something on the grill! The laundry room is just off the kitchen for easy access. The living room offers plenty of seating options for you and your guests while streaming your favorite show on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, regular coffee pot and a Keurig. There is seating at the dining table for 4. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed. The bathroom is small but has a stand-up shower, toilet, sink, and storage cabinet. There is a detached, one bedroom with updated ensuite, and a separate entrance just outside the laundry room access. Perfect for two couples with plenty of privacy. The front yard is fenced-in but shared with the residents in the apartment on the opposite side of the main house. Pet-Friendly!
